I live in an area that, by most, would be considered desolate,
vast, barren and incapable of sustaining life let alone any kind of beauty.
NEVADA.
The name itself conjures up dry, hot, dusty and unforgiving images
in ones mind. Allow me to show you my Nevada...the inner depth of beauty
that lies within the outer skin of desolation.
It's a land steeped in rich history and diversity;
ranchers and cowboys, gold mines, casinos and ghost towns.

skipping ahead as life in Montana has taken on a life of its own. :)

RETIREMENT TOOK ON A MUCH DIFFERENT WAY
OF LIFE THAN WE
ORIGINALLY THOUGHT WOULD HAPPEN.
THERE HAS ALSO BEEN WEDDINGS, GRANDBABIES, DEATHS, SURGERIES,
LOTS OF MUCH NEEDED FAMILY TIME,
ALONG WITH THE RIGORS OF DAILY LIFE.

I am at home and at peace here ... capturing life, one moment at a time.
